Digital Dispatcher's Field Service Application allows the dispatcher to wirelessly send work orders to technicians in the field.
Thru a Bluetooth connection, the phone can load the customer's address into a TomTom® personal navigation device to get turn by turn direction to the service location.
Using the DD application on the phone, the technician captures all the relevant data related to the service work order.
Upon completion of the service call, the phone prints a detailed service ticket on site, and wirelessly forwards the detailed data to the host application in the office for review and processing.
